Reliability built on in-house production
ZM-Montal d.o.o. is a Croatian company headquartered in Šibenik, with a branch in Düsseldorf. We design, manufacture and install aluminium systems and façades, carry out industrial assembly and supply qualified workers to partners in Germany.
What sets us apart is our own 4,000 m² production facility. We make our aluminium joinery and sheet-metal work ourselves, so we handle the whole process in-house: design, technical development, manufacture and final installation.
We treat every project as a long-term investment for the client. Our aim is lasting partnerships built on quality, expertise and reliability, in Croatia and on the German market.

From design to installation
Design and technical development
Every project starts with our own team: concept design, technical development and shop drawings, coordinated with the architecture and energy standard of the building.
Manufacturing in our own facility
We make aluminium joinery and sheet-metal work in our own 4,000 m² facility, without outside subcontractors. That gives us control over quality, deadlines and the execution of demanding details.
Installation by our own crews
Our own crews do the installation, whether the building is a family home, an office block or a large industrial structure. You deal with one contractor from start to finish.
Systems from leading manufacturers
We work with systems from Schüco, Wicona and Feal, as well as other reputable European manufacturers. For each project we choose the system that fits the client’s technical requirements and the architecture of the building.
